so, yeah, i usually dont shop at Walmart, because of everything they stand for... but, every now and again, i need something in a hurry and dont have a lot of $$ (i know, thats how they get you - trust me, today was the last time)... alls i needed was some sticky tack for hanging posters... so, i stand in line for at least ten minutes - with only two customers before me, not sure what the hold up was, just seemed like sheer incompetence of the cashier(?) finally, its my turn to check out... the cashier accidentally dropped my little package of sticky tack on the floor. so, what does she do? she watches it slip out of her hand and fall to the floor, looks down, looking for it, sees that it is not within easy reach, pauses for a split second plotting her response... and then, proceeds to start ringing out the next customer in line - while i am standing right there watching this all happen! hello! i may be on the thin side, but i know i am not invisible! well, i hollered at the lady, and then walked out without my purchase. my husband asked me wouldnt i want to stop and talk to a manager; i told him the only problem with that is i know darned well it wouldnt make a bit of difference. Walmart treats people terribly because they have the lowest prices and people will keep shopping there. so, basically, they dont have to have decent service, so why bother. alls i can say is, this is certainly not the first time ive experienced seriously horrible customer service at this particular store. but, it is the last time, because i have no intention of going back there.
