so yesterday chip perez ....circled around my block about a good 4 or 5 times...then I noticed two other squad cars parking on 4th street....Perez went to the back apt door..and the other two patrol men at the front.....my children was at the park playing basketball....even tho me and my friends was on the porch taping what was going on....he said nothing to us...but kept yelling at the children on the court..... what the hell are yall looking at (not knowing they belong to me)....so when he finished his business at the apartments....he drove to the end of the block....parked and got out.....directing all his attention to my son....shouting down to him... whats up now tough guy.....when he seen me coming down....he stopped ...asked me a few question....which was bad for his health .... guess he wanted me to check my son....did in private....but it wasnt going to be for his viewing pleasure....lets just say...all the time spend on common law paid off....and Ol Chip didnt like it one bit.....#checkmate for the uppity negro....
