so youre making dinner in the kitchen? Waiting on the microwave? grab a hold of a counter and stick a chair out in the open. Slowly lift your leg into a round then slowly bring it into a hook over the top of the chair. Then touch the floor and do a round back the other way. Switch and repeat. Then for shits and giggles stick a sidekick as high as you can. Then try to stand up straight and maintain that height. Do this on and off all week and by your next session your kicks will massively level up
