socialism; One thing that really bugs me about people that advocate for capitalist policies is that they seem completely blind to history. Capitalism always leads to the destruction of the poor and middle class, while socialism has led to perfect outcomes and societies for places that have tried it. With so much evidence for how well socialism has worked historically, and how well it works right now, you would think it would be a no-brainer to implement it. Sadly, progress has been slowed by an elite group of rich people like the Koch brothers, who buy government in an attempt to stall us from being able to implement a true system of prosperity. Money in politics is another side effect of capitalism that wouldnt be a problem with socialism. The greatest thing about socialisism is that is encourages absolute equality. No more of this vast income and wealth inequality, with socialism, everyone is equal. The best thing about equality is that although nobody can get rich because their wealth will just be redistributed, nobody can be poor either. The system is full proof, and allows everyone to be equally happy. No longer will society be ruled by greedy rich people looking to hold back the poor, everyone will be a thriving middle class. As you can probably tell, the argument for switching to socialism is pretty compelling. With socialism, there is no such thing as the upper and lower class, only middle class. This allows society to thrive in equal prosperity. The only way you could possibly oppose such a system is if you are greedy and want to become rich at the expense of others, or if you are brainwashed by Koch propaganda. The rest of us know it’s the only true system that works for the benefit of everyone.
