some acquaintances of mine often ask me the question concerning the amount of sleep i daily need to feel all right. Hm... Thats a bit tricky question as on the one hand i am a typical owl which means that my best mind performance is observed during the long, peaceful night hours wen nobody distracts me except my minds which have to spend plenty of time in the waiting room of my beautiful brand new Brain Palace in the day time. So they usually have an audience with me in the night. The best think tanks of our universe are said to snooze (not exactly sleep) roughly 4-5 hours a day.I wish i were like them. In fact, like many other mortals, my body reqires the standard 8-hour span (((( So, for me the matter of a proper time budget is of a great importance. If such a course were offered somewhere in our city, i would be the first attendee))) I guess, i have answered your question, ALBINE )))
