some historians believe the American Revolution was in large part staged, that at some level it had to be because there were so many Freemasons on both sides, and that it was more than about a tax on tea, it was about being forced to trade in gold and sliver rather than fiat currency, which was a drag on the colonies economies, yes, taxation without representation, but laws that restricted them to using gold and sliver insured the easier collecting of taxes,, so the Revolution had 1) nothing to do with religion, and 2) very little, if anything, to do with moral or social principles, they were already pretty well established prior to the actual conflict,, oh shit, was I going over the speed limit again, damn that Barney Fife
