some people say Cheat Days arent good if your a bodybuilder, and not being rude or anything but i call those kinda people FOOLS, its very important to have a cheat day or a cheat meal if your cutting, because it rises your metabolism levels and hence to burn more calories/fat, when you get back into your diet once again, some people wont achieve their shredding goals because they eat clean for a whole week, and wont have any cheat meal/days, so therefore they just reach a plateau of not losing anymore weight, because your body is used to your daily diet which will not provide to burn the extra calories for you to get shred, this video is not from my channel, but from another fitness/bodybuilder dude, so check it out, at the end of the day its just my opinion, everyones bodies are different, so do whats best you!!
