some young studio moments, in my work environment with Mayor Andrew (minus the big necklace) lol. Sometimes we reverse roles and i be all Mayorie at the Council etc in the big office over on Liardet Street. I really love the young laughs we have and of course, naturally with the nature of being a Mayor there are times for those serious moments too. Most important, is that we get to share some real talk! I have a great respect for Mayor Andrew, both as our Mayor and as a person... were pretty tight and stuff. Lol. Mayor Andrew hangs out with me in the Te Korimako studio every fortnight and he has been coming since his 1st week on the job! Im very happy that we have made some wonderful gains already. Bilingual signage is happening now... proud as. Ive been trying to get this kaupapa going for years. Thanks Mayor Andrew for caring enough to try. Iti nei, iti nei.... small steps.
