somebody was sharing that supporting others is a waste of time & energy. that the return in investment does not merit the work load. i thanked them for their perspective and asked to share with me who were the people that influenced and supported them on their path to being a successful venture capitalist. they said they did it all by themselves, literally said i made my boots and pulled my own bootstraps. i smiled and wished them a great day. the return in investment in that conversation did not merit the work load. learning to pick your battles is key in life fam :)
