soooo...i have no solid diagnosis yet, but my qt is still prolonged, and the docs said that if it was still prolonged and i was still symptomatic, treatment would be required (obviously)...BUT - i cant really take beta blockers because i also have narcolepsy, and beta blockers apparently make you really tired - so i would possibly be housebound. what treatment is there then, pacemaker? i dont think id qualify for an ICD because i havent had any cardiac arrests etc, and my pulse doesnt go over about 150...so far...but it has been getting more frequent :( and if anyone could say exactly how tired the beta blockers make you that would be great in case i have to weigh up pros and cons. if anyone has a similar situation please comment..!!! Ill really appreciate it :) thanks :)
