soooo my laptops wireless internet function spontaneously stopped working. I take it to best buy (where I bought it with a warranty just a few years ago), The geek squad dude looks at it takes 10 minutes explaining how my warranty is expired and the absolute best option I have is to buy another warranty for $200 that would allow them to do the work for free but Id still have to buy necessary parts. I took it home and did a restore to a date 2 weeks ago and 5 minutes later its fixed for free. Thanks once again for yet another terrible customer service experience and reminder of why I stopped buying from you guys. its sad I used to spend a few thousand a year there between gifts for others and my appliances. This experience plus 2 even worse ones in the past sealed the deal for this guy. :(
