sooooo once again...I DIDNT MEET MY GOAL! Im really pissed about it too! so now im scrambling at the last minute for a white outfit that FITS!!!!! LOL TISHA AND HER LIFE....SOMETHING SHORT OF AN ANIMATED MOVIE, NO ACTION JUST DRAMA LOL! OK IM NOT GONNA FOCUS ON WHAT I DIDNT DO BUT ON WHATS NEXT.... 1. GETTING ON TRACK WITH MY MONTHLY GOALS 2. REDEFINING MY PURPOSE, CHALLENGES AND STRENGTHS WITH LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE 3. BE PREPARED!!! GROCERIES, MEAL PLANS, COOKING, CARRIER FOODS (FOODS THAT U HAVE WITH U 24HRS A DAY JUST IN CASE THERE IS AN INTERRUPTION IN UR SCHEDULED MEAL TIME) 4. READ AND WATCH...ARM MYSELF WITH INFORMATION AND FACTS CONCERNING NUTRITION AND LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE 5. CREATE A NETWORK OF SUPPORTERS THAT CAN HELP ENCOURAGE, MOTIVATE AND PICK YO BUTT UP WHEN U JUST CANT, DONT WANT TO, OR AINT GOING TO GET UP AND DO THE WORK!!!!! 6. GYM TIME!!!!! AS MUCH AS I PREFER THE OUTDOORS TIME NOR DAYLIGHT PERMITS MY EARLY MORNING WORKOUTS SO IM TAKING IT TO THE GYM! 7. MAKE ME AND MY HEALTH A PRIORITY!!!! SO JUST AS GOD GIVES NEW MERCIES AND GRACE EVERYDAY...IM GONNA EXTEND THE SAME COURTESY TO MYSELF! HAVE A BEUTIFUL DAY!
