sorry I have been gone a while...on wednesday just after 7am while fishing with a guy on the flats I was struck down suddenly and without warning...some exotic virus or something knocked me flat in 5 minutes to the point I needed to be rescued...couldnt even paddle him back to the ramp and I was only 1/4 mile away...couldnt stand up or drive and things kept getting worse...dont remember him getting me back as my temp was now 104 and climbing, all before 9am....only late last night was I able to get online and thank the guy that saved me and whos trip I totally ruined...I missed 4 days entirely unable to even lift me head and had complete chills that long sleeves, hoodie, hat, gloves, 2 blankets and heating pad sitting in 95 degrees could not break for 4 days until 9pm saturday night...to put it point blank I would rather die no problem than face that again...I truly believe it would kill 75% of the population within 6hrs of getting it...I still aint right, very disconnected but eating and drinking and able to walk....worst week of my life without question
