sorry but the response from customer service has now gone way past the line and I have been called a briber for financial gains. This is purely a pissed off customer.......no financial ains. Just fianacial losses. But so you know Im not bribing or trying to gain. I will now share my next post with my story. And 0.01% of the budget. Its ok, u will see it all every response im not happy with will now result in myself doubling my budget debbie with kids, on school holiday. Very sorry i had to call you real time... I arrived at the establishment and I demanded something very unusual off a fine dining menu. The point of my trip to beautiful Wellington was to see a friend and dine well. However, he has children and after a heavy Friday night, he declined. For food records, hes 100% Italian and has no knowledge of this complaint. FOOD? Cant tell you if the food is nice but i will assume it is amazing. My complaint is service based 100%. I ordered food. I am a customer. I paid $78 my driver paid nothing, had no food but abuse i dont know if what I am doing is wrong. I know that i paid a lot of money for something i cant eat and an innocent person got treated like a turd for my order. For the number 1 restaurant in New Zealand. This is disgusting
