Inc. is presentlv reviewing an application for Diana for the 4 elderlv Arabian mares she is fostering for Happv Haven Horse Rescue. lt is my understanding that HHHR received a donation for Diana and passed along a check representing that donation made payable to Dianas rescue. lt is further my understanding that until Diana receives approval from the Texas Secretary of State, she can not open an account in the rescues name nor deposit said check, resulting in having no access to that donation. A later E mail noted DDD got her Texas approval & the grant was approved.
