spent 44 minutes writing and erasing. cant seem to nap properly and dont want to end up sleeping all night because I need to get started on my star wars promotion weekend marathon, im 40 hours or something like that late starting and had horrible nightmares last night that left me awake for big chunks of time and today was just a waste case. Sick of epic plots on sweeps week TV programs feeling surreal and not really helping when im trying to numb out and rest. Might have to make some coffee or something in the morning and get right to it and get enough sleep maybe my teeth will quiet but the last try just made them swell up more but its going to take a while for the gum they cut back to regrow and cover the sensitive parts so I just have to suck it up. And the methadone dose im on is way too low because of my funny heartbeat issue and the new doctor is definitely not listening to my rationale that what does it matter if I have the same qt period at 80mg and 120mg when at 80mg its not working but at 120mg the qt period is no worse and it actually would work but aparently there are some sorts of guidelines but I get the feeling they are in the habit of making shit up instead of answering questions with so many patients and liability or ass covering being the real answer. Encountered that enough in the past and managed to get past it in all my other things for the time being. After the dental work is done although it will be like pain antennas in my mouth for hot cold acid and sugar with 16 or so big new fillings when I already had half my mouth root canaled or fillled but over time and with enough sensodyne and salt water it should settle down but it didnt really hurt that much other than noticing sudden appearance of weird erosions and the pain in my sinus which the dentist has redirected just like every other professional who redirected me to the dentist. At least he did an x-ray but now he says it is just going to come and go and get used to it and that doesnt help with the lost sleep.
