spent a half hour looking at my hundred year old auto harp, slowly shaking my head. with rusty strings and badly out of tune. tried to tune it and the key hardly moved before the string snapped. I give up.. time to go visit the guitar tech at apple music. see if he will replace the strings and tune it with out banning me from the store. there will go a good chunk of pay check. But it will be worth it.
