spent several hours yesterday watching old videos of soul mate love, first trip to india, an old cobra grad satsang from 2007 in my back garden where much to my surprise I got to see the sweet smile of a friend who passed away last year.....some footage of a visit from my dad with my sister and I about a year before her diagnosis, and a few years ago when my last relationship was still blossoming with unlimited potential. impermanence is the one thing we can count on in this human journey. clearly life is showing me/us to reach inward for the anchor. all the outward anchors are held by shifting sands and in an instant the turbulent sea can set us adrift once again. time for some wild dance and cobra practice.
