spent the day exploring Liverpool. FYI, liver is a bird not the organ. Our hotel is at Albert Dock in a converted warehouse. From my hotel window, I can see boats, and Liverpools 3 Graces-the Royal Liver Building, Cunard Building and Port of Liverpool Building. We are just minutes away from Tate Liverpool (modern art), Merseyside (river) Maritime Museum which also houses the International Slave Museum (Liverpool was a hub for slave trading) and Museum of Liverpool (Beatles exhibit). There were was a Titanic exhibit inside the Maritime Museum. And had dinner in Chinatown here which has the oldest Chinese community in Europe as well as the largest gateway outside of China. and we also next to a great shopping complex - Liverpool One. Would definitely come back here again! especially at Albert Dock too.
