I am officially complaining regarding the File# Re: 003442 - Johnson, Derek 2012 11 29 PCRRAU I have become aware of your past behaviors, slandering hard working honest Canadians when buying and selling homes. You are officially attempting to violate the Human Rights trying to engage in contract. The above file will be watched very closely due to the fact that Hot Justice Reality TV: Evolved is now following the story. Please answer Mr. Johnsons questions that you have not replied to still. For some reason you expect people to answer yours, yet you ignore them when they come back to you. 1. RECA is an admitted Private Company and yet you demand private information from private people with threats of fines and Court Orders. Do you not realize that is a violation of fundamental Human Rights? 2. RECA which is an admitted Private Company governs Realtors, Brokers, Property Managers and Appraisers and not the Private Individual Mr. Derek Johnson since he does not belong to any of these groups. Why are you trying to coerce him into believing you have some power over him? 3. When you look at the Real Estate Services Mr. Johnson offers, it would appear as if the service he offers is in direct competition to the other Real Estate entities that you are affiliated with, and you are attempting to obtain private company information which you have no business requesting. That would be like Burger King forcing McDonalds to give them the recipe for the secret sauce under threats of fines and court orders. What gives you the authority to do that? Please answer these questions when Mr. Johnson asks on the next round of communication. When an entity asks questions, but avoids answering questions directed to them, that is not due process. The General public and Private Sector will be observing your actions very closely with respect to this case. I am not alone in thinking this is an abuse of power and almost a deliberate misrepresentation of the power you hold. This is a violation of Human Rights of the Canadian people.
