…stand fast in one Spirit, with one mind STRIVING TOGETHER for the FAITH of the Gospel; and in NOTHING terrified by your ADVERSARIES: which is to THEM an EVIDENT TOKEN of PERDITION, but to you SALVATION, and that of God. For to YOU it is GIVEN in the behalf of Christ, not only to BELIEVE on Him, but ALSO to SUFFER for His sake (Philippians 1:27b-29)… I don’t understand WHY Christians today seem to BELIEVE that SALVATION equals VACATION. But Heaven paints a very DIFFERENT picture of what SALVATION entails. For according to Heaven, SALVATION means we’ve ENTERED into a SPIRITUAL WARFARE that REQUIRES our FAITH in BATTLE every day we’re in this life. Nobody who’s in BATTLE/WARFARE is laying about IDLE with their feet propped up enjoying life as though they’re on HOLIDAY. NO WAY!!! In WARFARE there’s ALWAYS SUFFERING, because there’s ALWAYS an ENEMY you’re under attack from. So it is in Christ: our ENEMY is Satan, and there’s going to be SUFFERING for Jesus’ sake because of him – whether you like it or not. All this GARBAGE PREACHING about God wants you to have the BEST of EVERYTHING, that God doesn’t want His people BROKE, that God wants to do nothing more than BLESS you BLESS you BLESS you has rendered the Body of Christ POWERLESS, DELUSIONAL, and the people of God WEAK, WHIMPY, and UNFRUITFUL. That’s why there’s LITTLE to NO WITNESSING or EVANGELIZING for Jesus in the STREETS of the WORLD – the SAINTS are TREMBLING with FEAR inside CHURCH BUILDINGS, hiding on CHURCH PEWS, hoping to AVOID and ESCAPE any form of ATTACK and PERSECUTION from Satan and his SINNERS without! It’s ORDAINED of God that we SUFFER for Jesus; for after all, didn’t Jesus SUFFER for US? To be SAVED means to be in WARFARE – SPIRITUAL WARFARE. If you cannot stand the HEAT – get out of God’s KITCHEN!!!
