► start rant ◄ I have a little rant on behalf of all our fans. As of January 1st all smaller sponsors that are wanting to work with us have been informed that they will HAVE to send all giveaway products directly to me (Alaina, the owner), so I can send them out myself. I will pay for shipping to the winner myself so their wont be any extra charge to them in that way. There has been waayy too many times that sponsors are not following threw with prizes this past year. This means that we have to chase down sponsors and possibly cover substitute prizes. All of our fans have been more then cooperative in accepting substitute prizes, but its still not the prizes they entered to win. I dont think our fans should have to accept a substitute prizes like this on a regular basis. Also, I will not be hiding and protecting sponsors that dont follow through with their prizes anymore. This means if a sponsor doesnt follow through with a prize within 3 months, I will be letting the potential winner know who that sponsor is.. unless the sponsor contacts PurpleMonsterCoupons or the winner to let us know of delays first. The fans deserve to know, and Im tired of my company name being dragged through the mud. This is ridiculous for our fans and for us. We really just want to expose great companies/blogs to potential customers. And expose our fans to great companies/blogs and products. This is why we do reviews and/or giveaways for free and share other blog/company giveaways. There are some great companies with some amazing products and a lot of amazing bloggers out there with great information to share .. and we will still be here to help get their name out there. If you have a company/blog that you want us to share, just let us know and we will help to get your name out there (We love sharing giveaways and/or posts) But I am *done* promoting companies/blogs that dont follow through.
