starting this past week Grace has a new constant glucose meter. I actually like it as it alerts to lows before they happen by setting an alarm 10 points before she actually hits the threshold. Downside is she is wearing another device on her body to achieve that. But the overall plus is catching lows ahead as well as highs and can adjust her basal rates better than ever. So now just to watch her new autoimmune deficiency to make sure it stays in check! She is an amazing young woman ahead of her years at 10! Her mom does an AMAZING job and proud of her.
