still carnt believe ,,,,, not satified ...with solicitor hit n run .... I had a solictor from a firm in Putney ,,,,, a year went bye still hadnt herd out ... I phoned solicitors ...oh we have wrong details no reg off car its wrong ....another year come and gone ..after 2 major opperations to rebuild my left foot ....got call because your case on higher bracket we are give-in you other solicitor ,,,,,,,avin time after time passing odd letter came what I already ,,,,,, had ,,,,,,,,, ready forcourt 3 years on ,,,,,,,,,solicitor you must accept some liability ,,,,( what for a scumbag who knocked me down left scene for 18 hours ) accept 5% I was advised got a fee off £11000 offerd ,,,,,,,no I said got another call you must accept 10 % LIABILITY ?????? £15000 WAS ON TABLE what for nearly lose-in foot ,,,,,,got third letter £23000 on table but third party not accepting liabily ...???????? was told a part 33 or somert ,,,,,you will have to pay ,,,,,,,,,,,, solicitor said accept more liability it will go in your favour 20% ,,,,was offerd few amounts was boxed into corner got £31000 ,,,,had £12000 taken off me ,,,,jobseekers after my redundancy recovering from injury ,,,,,,,,,, sorry this company in Putney avoid like the plaque ,,,,,,,,,,,got a new solicitor to takes his papers and do a proper job ,,,,,,,,,,,,,had 3 letters from top special;ist ,,,,,,,,,foot knackerd for life .......... he used one saying foot will be fine in 15 months ,,,,its four years now still in pain carnt walk proper...........avoid a solicitors in Putney bridge carry on down river to proper solicitors ........thx for nowt
