stories that will convince our world 1. one family live comfortable life with three kids one day mama and fafa had farm and factory needs workers to help produce more product and selling at the markets to community needs supply items. mama and fafa asked each child to work two days at the farm and two days at the factories and one day at the sales floor 1. three childs experienced during the works at three locations one childs asked mama and fafa at the work place of factories : mama and fafa I have to work two days and 8 hours each days but do I have to ask for permission to seat when my legs feels tired ? and also when my back and hands gets soar by carry heavy lift boxes may I ask coworkers to help me lift together since weight is 50 pounds I needs help ? then mama and fafa answered to Childs of their own: of course my dear when you gets tired seat and relex rest well and regain the strength and work with how body feels and dont work with stressful amounts works work as how body able to takes amount of work doing is fine with mama and fafa and also all other workers today I let you manage work place and be nice to them and make the workers to feel comfortable working environments please respect the workers life and treating like your own brothers and sisters and love them please so each childs work with factories workers and let them work comfortable and rest well and share the works and lift heavy boxes together and at the end of the day everyone was very happy how nice to work with some one have understanding humen body stress and able to relax while work place comfort and feels like home with family working method was great happiness for workers that day. each factories workers have chairs and desk little to make them to work notes and papers and pencils and each factories workers feel them so freedom when ever their body feels tired able to relax and rest then return to work and seat and works all day no more stress and no tired of legs and arms even back of the body too each workers written a thank you note to leaderships and how wonderful working environments new comfortable labor policy new engagements and citizens are joyful and happy forever .
