story of floods in my country every time just before 2 or 3 days of floods DCO use to conduct a meeting and overview all arrangements and when catastrophe finally arrives poor DCO has nothing but a number Patwaris &co. so administration contacts Army and after that a Drama starts. first CM will visit those areas followed by PM (may be on C-130 or a land-rover whichever is convenient) and at on a later stage our meteorologist just for media show off will come on scene and say i already warned the government . in the whole scenario not a single person will accept responsibility of pathetic administrative measures . after 10 or 15 days flooding will be over and news cameras will be switched off .but dont worry you will enjoy the repeat telecast after 2 or 3 years or may be soon till than enjoy your drinks RaO
