story time... I just got in from mowing the baseball/gopher field. Well, let me set the scene. The camp ground sits just off the highway between Helena and Missoula. Across the highway runs the BNSF railroad. These trains coming from Helena have to come over Mullan Pass. Nasty steep climb for long trains. In Helena they pick up 4 big helper engines to get over the pass. This helpers are dropped in Elliston, about 4 miles east of here. O K . got the picture. Never ever have seen the helpers in the mix by the time it gets to the campground. About an hour ago while I was playing like I was the worlds slowest NASCAR driver making left turn circles on the tractor a train came through way faster then normal. In the middle on flatcars were 4 personnel carriers and 30 M1 tanks. And smack dab in the middle , still hooked up were the 4 hugh helper engines. What the hell? why the rush? That is my excitement for the day
