tag your workout buddy to add these into your next workout! -------------------------------------------- jump squatssssss to go with yesterdays #FTTH challenge! these are one of my FAVORITES exercises to get the heart rate pumping, whether its leg day or not! I added these into my shoulder workout today between sets for some plyo cardio work and was feelin that burn!! ------------------------------------------- keep your spine straight/dont arch your back, lean back into it, and try not to let the knees go over the toes! youll really feel the burn back there in your hammies and glutes!
