taken @ around 4:33Am (oct 3) during my TOD @ post 1. one cam of our cctv posted @ tower 2 was having probs for quite awhile now, all we can see on our monitor was all black, while i was rendering my duty w/c started 4am-6am i noticed the designated cam @ tower 2 starting to be flashing images when in fact it was not functioning, so i took my fone & recorded it. now note this that when a certain cctv cam is positioned in a fix location it shud only record that specific area unless someone adjusted it to capture a different area. watch d flashes carefully u will notice its capturing all different areas of our AOR. weird dba, how cud that happen when that cam is fix to one specific location at d back of our messhall. so to my officemates nga naka experience na og ti-aw dha sa jail HAVE FUN WATHCING THIS hahahaha
