Jayawardena] is the result of the 13th amendment to the Sri Lankas constitution. It has been violated by the GOSL since the signing of the Accord. The merger of the North and East of Sri Lanka the Traditional and Historical homeland of the Tamils has been re-merged now. State sponsored colonization has changed the demography of the Eastern province and reduced the percentage of Hindu Tamils. Muslims and Sinhalese Christians and Buddists increased and the CM now is not a Tamil a Muslim. Now State sponsored colonization is going on with the aid of India and China to make the 95% Hindu Tamils Northern Province to change the demography. Sri Lankan President and Foreign Minister promised Indian Foreign Minister Hon. Madam Sushma Swaraj and Hon. PM, Modi to implement the 13th Amendment fully and go beyond to solve the root cause of the conflict and justice to the Hindu Tamils. Both the PM of Sri Lanka and the Foreign Minister are lying to India and the International Community so long. How long India is going to wait for action is a million dollar question.
