NOVEMBER 20 2014 Unbelievable!!! police just was at our doors,,said someone smelled marijuana.?so they came to my door...The PROBLEM WITH THIS EXCUSE IS WE WERE NOT HOME..ghost in our unit smoking weed when were not home?video of incident.... https://youtube/watch?v=DBZ3FMOv3fc Friday November 28 2014 Friday evening i went home the place look like a bunch of gangs had taken over and had a big party in my home so went to the corner store bought cat-food went to Janet rivers home to get the keys she was not home so her daughter called her and she was out of town she informed me the someone had put something in the lock and it does not work so i went home feed the cats and went to the corner store and bought a new lock i went back to 75 silver springs blvd 609 and i change the lock so no one can enter,,as i was leaving a young man approach me in the hall way and inform me that the police was looking for me,i went outside to the police car and the officer informed me that the super had called them about me being there and they were under the impression that i was not to be there i informed them that my bail was change that afternoon and i gave them the bail papers they inform me that the superintendent may not have been aware they will go inside and inform him i ask do they need me to wait they said no,we will let the super and the officer in charge of your case know,and they wish me to have a good day..so i left and went home.... Sunday November 30 2014 I arrive at 75 silver springs unit 609 and notice the locked i have put on the door had been kicked in i went in and took photographs of the damage and called the police that was at10.03 am the police occurrence # for that call is 3397124 the police respond to a report for breaking and entering and mischief i inquired how this could have happened and there was no report from the superintendent and security the police questioned that too and ask for the number for the superintendent i gave it to them they told me some officers will come to take finger prints from the door so i left the door open,,a short while later someone called out Kevin are you there i reply yes 2 or 3 police office came in and told me to put down my cell phone and ask if i have any sharp object on me i inquire why they told me they were arresting me for fail to comply i ask what did i fail to comply on they said not to be within 500 meters of my home i informed them that i had given a copy of my bail papers to the officer on Friday they still arrested me took me to the station at the station i informed the detective that i had given a copy of my bail papers to the officer on Friday and all they had to check for is the report from Friday she went and check and came back that all the officer from Friday note was that he spoke to me i informed her that if he spoke to me and did not arrest me then he had to have been satisfy that my bail had been change..she told me that if i cant prove that they will be holding me...one of the officer called my lawyer and i instructed my lawyer how to get into my email where i had scanned a copy of the new bail he did and sent it to the police and they released me that was early Sunday afternoon.... first arrest Sunday afternoon..I arrive back back at 75 silver springs and went to my unit to feed the cats and finish off some paper work when i got there my lock has been changed did not know what to do then so i left as i turned the corner right by the stairs closest to my unit i see some one open the door of unit 605 which is half way down the hall i notice that the individual was the individual i am not to have no contact with so as my bail condition require i walk toward the stairwell and as i open the stairwell door i see valero astroza running towards me screaming all types of profanity so i just ran down the stairs as fast as i could and ran to the front area the lobby was full of people so i was going out the front door when i was yank by the arm by valero astroza at that point i appeal to the other tenants to get this individual away from me he keep coming at me so i ducked behind a pillar and a few kids and went into the elevator he followed me in so i got off and left the building he follow me out there was 2 moving trucks so i went between those trucks and he was still coming after me so i appeal to the people in the truck to please stop this at that point i notice Robert the other super by the doors of 85 silver springs blvd so i went over and ask him to assist he was very pleasant and ask if he can call his boss mila first i told him fine and thank him as he was about to make the call valero astroza came around screaming your not suppose to be here your a asshole and many other form of profanity at that point i attempt to get away from him and he started chasing me so ran out the front entrance of 75 silver springs and called the police to report the assault and harassment .. i told the police i would meet them out front of 75 silver springs for i was fearful of this individual i then went to the convenience store bought cat food and proceeded to 75 silver springs to meet the police when i got to the front of the building a car approach i flagged them down the approach and proceeded to give them my report at that point they inform me that i am arrest able at that time for there system still have the old bail i protest and again inquire about the assault call i had made one of the officer went to check on the details of the bail and return saying that they confirm that the bail conditions has been change but theyre going to have to put me in handcuffs for he is now saying that i punched him in the stairwell but there was no witness yet there was over 10 witnesses to his attack on me yet that was not enough grounds for them to arrest him who i called them about but his word alone was enough to arrest me.. how is that right...i was brought to a plaza close by for the officers new that if they had taken me to the building they would have experience a backlash from the public who came to my aide after the police arrive..i pleaded with these officers to respect the law and also respect my rights i ask then to ask the people who were in the moving trucks what happen and the officer said that they did that the superintendent was harassing and attacking me..but they were still given the order to arrest me for assault for there i was taken to 42 division where i was striped naked and put in a cell where i froze to death that night...i was taken to court on Monday where they put it over till Tuesday and on Tuesday the lawyer did not show so i had duty council do my bail hearing and the judge reserve judgement to today and today i was release on bail all this just to take care of my home and pets...it hurts like hell and that was the second time i was arrested on Sunday November 30 2014 after i called the police...
