thanks dawn, the 60s ? were just day before yesterday. could not get one wrong, the choices were obvi. [hippy slang for obvious]. sometimes blamed for the denigration of American culture, they were mainly shaped by the mamas and papas of the 30s and 40s sometimes AOL parenting. wonderful people that tolerated stepping on the line without a whistle. pop culture was incubated and reporters and disc jockeys became journalists a few got pretty damng good at it. liberal thoughts by conservative peoples was comfortable. conservative thoughts by liberal peoples was comfortable but mostly remembered. Holywood became a staple, inspiration instead of an entertainment. more at 11pm started the Happy News copy cats. where you could be in des moines at six pm and dallas at 10 pm and see the same set with different faces and accents. most country music was trying to be pop, and rock was trying to be classical. too many, all were successful. draft dodgers were being applauded rather than tried . [how cute.] good men died protecting the worldly threats. fighting Pattons war, and ikes war to be continued through tomorrow 12/26/2014 . kenx QED
