thanks for sharing Jake Salter! i love this bro. but i dont agree with #1 regarding revolving doors -- the gentleman goes first to push the door forward so the lady doesnt have to exert any effort or touch the door. and the author didnt mention anything about getting into a cab with a lady...heres the behavior: contrary to the gentleman standard, the man gets into the vehicle first (so that the lady doesnt need to slide over on the bench seat and so that she is not alone with the cab driver). to execute this smoothly, the gentleman opens the door wide enough to get into the vehicle comfortably but not too wide. the gentleman sits and offers his hand to help her into the vehicle and once shes comfortable, he pardons his reach across the ladys body and closes the door to the cab. then you get frisky in the backseat
