thanks for the neighnomination Alison Allison Chenier. I too have so many horses to choose from but there are 3 that truly stand out. While my first horse was a fun little appy, the mare I had next was Otoes Shamrock Shammy whom I did english, western, dressage, and lots and lots of Pony Club on. She was a little red dun mare who taught me so much - she and I had so many firsts together. The next horse would be the lovely Libby, my number one school horse. While she and I have never been riding partners she has been the cornerstone of my business allowing me to teach and bring along so many amazing riders - most of whom started their riding careers on Libby. She is still going strong at 23 and still teaching so many riders. She also is ridden by my daughter Ainsley who at age 4 can w.t on her all by herself. The third that I cannot forget to mention is Gala. My Oldenburg dressage mare. She is the best partner I have ever had. I bought her as a project to re-sell and quickly realized that I needed to keep her as she was such a perfect match for me. When we started she was a 6 yr old 17h mare that didnt even know how to lead or pick up her feet. We started her and have worked our way up to 4th Level. She has been so patient with teaching me and helping me to learn, all the while learning herself. She and i have also enjoyed jumping and fox hunting as well. She is now 16 and is still and will always be my favorite! I nominate Emily Kerswill, Hobby Acres, Anna Marie Joneskerswill, and Kim Mortimer McFadden
