the TÜRKSOY Youth Chamber Orchestra since 2010 the TÜRKSOY Youth Chamber Orchestra was established in July 2010 upon an initiative of TÜRKSOY Secretary General Dusen Kasseinov and with the support of the Ministries of Culture of TÜRKSOY`s Member Countries... the TÜRKSOY Youth Chamber Orchestra piecing together brilliant young people speaking Turkic language, was founded within the framework of UN’s International Year for the Rapprochement of Cultures of 2010... the Orchestra project is a first such creation in history of TÜRKSOY and concentrated on the introducing the musical culture of Turks to the world audience and contribution to the process of intercultural dialog and understanding. At the same time its activity our Organization has not exclusively limited only to Turkic peoples, but it is open for relevant cooperation with everybody who shares common sense and goodwill...
