the UN is braught to court due to brutal violation of human rigthts in Haiti. The UN topp management is arguing saying that the organisation is immun and should not be sued to the court in the USA. For me that is the most stupid argument i have ever heard. This UN organisation is becoming more and more criminal by imploying pure criminals and recruting Worlds most dangerous criminal in its topp management, and the question is: should the Worlds juridical system stopp to punish brutal criminals that hide themselves bihinde the UN flagg while committing theier seriouse crimes? We now talk about more than 5 million people brutaly killed in RDC where about 10/100 of them were rwandan refugees killed by theier own country mates in 1996 with assistanse of the UN, since those refugees were under and supposed to be protected by that organisation, but the UN chose to abandon them in hands of human-blood drunkers instead. Now we are hearing about UN soldiers in Haiti who caused a huge suffering to thousands of civilians and stil we can hear arguments such as that is unpunishable? I think what we want in this world is respect for human beings and that respect should be above all other rules also those of the UN. The UN immunity is appliable only if this organisation can work according to the rules it is born to work within, otherwise it has to carry its responsabilities on the equal levels as all other organisation and criminals.
