the aftermath of simigaon trek was not pleasant. somewhere inside the joints and skin on left leg something went wrong, terribly. so the neuro system failed. two legs became one and half all of a sudden.so going to one therapy after another, hanging the left leg. feel like buying a wooden one so there will be no pain. but how to remove the one that i carry. before, they carried me now i carry them. with some help, that is. warn fb friends about the need of total care of veins, joints, muscles and the rest to avoid pain and problems later. even sitting, waling and sleeping positions do matter a lot in this regard. take care pals....!!
