the altar for my Spirit, Mind and Body presentation ... a demonstration and lecture on how, as we internally align ourselves, it is inspiring to the beings around us... I was hired by the owner of a very successful restaurant to teach and talk to the staff for the benefit and unity of the environment . [especially in the work place...and if co workers train and cultivate together , then the business and the workplace environment benefits from it.....and hence the customers, as well]
