the budgetary allocation for the 24 km Rawalpindi-Islamabad Metro Bus Service project is Rs44.21 billion while the Federal Government’s extra-budget package for the half a million North Waziristan’s IDPs is Rs500 million. Imagine; Rs1.8 billion for every kilometer of the Metro and Rs1,000 for every IDP. According to the UN’s Office of the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) KP and Fata need Rs28 billion. The only people executing relief and recovery for women and children are the people in khaki uniforms. Are WE at war? It seems only Pak Army is at war.
