the currant buns out here again ,making sure i put factor 50 on my very slightly receading hairline was in bleeding agony ,when i went to bed ,felt like my head had bin put in a microwave ,decided to start my diet tomorrow tuesday ;;; because i never seem to stick with it if i say i;m starting my diet monday so i thought i;d give tuesday a try instead .thats the logic any way ,need to find a padlock for the fridge ,or some tape to wrap round my mouth ,give it a go anyhow ,whats that saying god loves a tryer ,dont think it was a good idea opening a fish n chip shop here though ,its like giving a donkey strawberries,just have a massive problem putting food in the bin ,but will have to change my ways i;m afraid/ if i;m going to get in my speedos for august ///
