the dirty buisness of torture... the torture report the cia has recently released describes an array of inhumane acts by black ops agencies in several different locations across the world. 520 pages of what more than likely is the tip of the iceberg. a u.n. treaty outlawing and making torture a felony, was signed a very long time ago by many different countries including the united states at a convention against torture back in the mid 80s. in 2002, the u.s. government contracted two air force psychologists based at fairchild afb in spokane washington. their names were john jessen and james mitchel and the contract was called the enhanced interrogation techniques (torture) contract. the jessen and mitchel national security advisory committee to torture was born, here, at their office located at the american legion building at 108 w. riverside ave in spokane wa along with 60 employees. from the year 2002 until 2009 the committee was funded 81 million dollars in tax revenue to implement a torture program for anyone the u.s. armed forces or government component detained for questioning. jim mitchel in his own admissions, admitted to waterbording, a crime japanese officials were executed by the u.s. for in the wwII era. other u.s. officials that have admitted to partaking openly in the u.s. torture program are bush, cheney, rumsfeld and many others. bush supposedly closed the torture program in 2009. barrack obama also claimed to have closed the same program. the national security advisory committee to torture headed by jessen and mitchel (both residents of the spokane area) is a department of the bureau of diplomatic security (the white houses arm of law enforcent across the world. in 2011 a man named randal spivey was named the head of the overseas security counsel, another department of the ds. the nsa and the osca are one in the same. if the torture program is closed, why is the randal spivey group at home in the same office that was occupied by mitchel and jessen where the torture contracts of the united states were engineered? the parking spot in the picture is on the back of the building at 108 w riverside in the parking lot reserved for occupants doing buisness in the american legion building. the ds from what i can gather, controls the nsc and the osac wich is the presidents office. barrak obama is urging americans to, not look back at what has been done in reguards to police brutality and the details of the cia torture report. isnt this just another way to say that no one will be held accountable for the the brutality and torture? it seems the president is refusing to address the prosecution for torture and the complacency of torture for the next guy. hasnt america adapted a, do as i say not as i do hypocritical stand? there is a international treaty signed by the united states declaring torture a crime and promising prosecution of individuals participating in torture of anyone.what has been done is irreverseable and has damaged americans human rights reputation to the likeness of the worlds worst torture offenders. accountability for torture now, is what stops it tomorrow. from happening to you, me, anyone. the ceos of satan himself are headquartered here, in spokane washington.
