the good new of the month.... i start to work on a young women 42 year old with 4 kids and she was loosing her vision and pressure in the head and she was diagnose with chlerose en plaque....a decease that paralyses you.... so we start to work together about six months ago....and what i find with her is that all the emotion that she create she will shoot that in her bring so that will create her problem other people will put that someplace out put my theory on that is the three step .... we need the emotion but not more than 2 minutes... send it to the hearth .... and transform it in you to base chakra... easy hein.... it take time be patient with yourself..when i see people doing the three step they do not come and see me because they are sick.... they want to have more fun with live....oh yes by the way that young women she free of her decease that she create.....have a good weekend everybody with love...
