...the heresies did what they did because they intentionally wanted to misinform the populous in regards to what was percieved to cause positive and well intended spiritual nourishment to a people so depressed and frustrated by the powers that were then in the roman empire...this must have been the main reason why there came the apologists...struggling through thick and unclear circumstances in the quest to provide the light of the truth...it was never easy though...most of the apologist faced serious impediments which included assassination...could you be the apologists of today...sleep well good people,sleep well.
