the mess that EE have made to the accounts belonging to my daughter and granddaughter are beyond belief. for the best part of 3 week now my daughter has had no phone. she phoned to enquire about getting an ee iPhone, was persuaded then to take a phone, they would send it out to her. Told her on phone she would be delivered of the phone without(not everyone in this country goes abroad and drives) photo id. However the driver would not deliver the phone. To make things worse orange cut off her phone on the following Monday and left her with no phone at all. a week later she was still no further forward ( the staff at call centre being appalling). Suddenly my granddaughters phone an iPhone was cut off by ee. this was paid from my daughters account as granddaughter was not yet 18. The number for her phone did not even come into the equation. Then my daughter who now has my new orange smartphone is at the end of her tether. a 17 year old without a phone is this day and age. My granddaughter was now giving my daughter grief as if it wasnt bad enough on the phone constantyly trying to fix her own phone she had my granddaughter breathin down her neck. trying to get the same person to speak to, who was up to date with the situation was impossible. To crown it all she received a letter yesterday saying they were going to charge her for ending my granddaughters account. It was them who did this. What the hell do you have to do to get things fixed out. it is such a mess now I cannot see where or how this is going to be fixed. in the meantime my new phone will be secondhand by the time I get it back. that is the least of my worries. EE get this fixed out I expect extensive phone calls on Monday to clear up this mess. our next steep is to citizens advice and the lawyers. my daughter is liable for nothing, you owe us a fortune in phone call never mind the stress you have caused. We have tried emailing you with no success. A registered letter is being sent to you tomorrow. We know you will get that. Immediate action is the only viable solution wilmacgowans60@outlook
