...the mind games btwn Saudi Arabia and the USA have partly caused world OIL prices to fall by over 50% this year...the Saudis can easily reduce oil supply hence raising prices but they dont want since the Americans produce their shale oil thru a very expensive process called fracking which makes USA oil very expensive relative to Saudi oil...by keeping world oil prices very low thru oversupply, the Saudis want to make USA oil unproductive to produce and drive them out of th market...meanwhile consumers can laugh all the way to the pump stations
