the news last nite had a story of a man heldin jail 41 years and proved inocent andnreleased he was in solitary confinement all those years i would think that would be cruel and unusual punishment. in any case i think he could sue them. any way over the years manyhave been found inocent after years in prison i think there should be an internationalor national committe to go thru all prison recods i know there are millions but people should not be railroaded to jailbecause some one is to egar for a collar
