the petrol price hike by central govt despite of low crude oil rates and rising rupee value can be considered as a brave move in this pre election period,there ought to be controls in the consumption of a commodity that is exported the most, we should ourselves respond by minimising our consumption to least,either manmohan has lost every hope of coming back or its too confident that Indian community cannot be polarised further
