the pos express saga continues... my husband who by the way is the recipient of the consignment , and with the help of his cargo manager and the latters network of airline managers and handling agents in Jeddah finally tracked the documents sitting pretty in Jeddah since 8th June 2014. Hopefully it will leave for Riyadh tonight. While the frantic search track and trace exercise was going on in the arabian peninsular KUL on the other hand could not tell me anything more than , theywhoever they are , are still investigating. Havent we heard that phrase from somewhere? The folks in KUL are very apologetic whenever i am on the phone with them which is almost everyday for the past fortnight. It is my opinion that incidents such as this happen so often that they have got making politically correct excuses and apologies down to a fine art.
