the post misleads. let us see the facts and circumstances in proper perspective. the law student who came out with account of another incident IS NOT A WITNESS (as alleged in the post) to the Adriatico-Ingco confrontation. she comes out as reaction not to the later incident involving Ingco but to a past incident involving her and Adriatico. abusive behavior is one thing. hostile would be another. abusive behavior could be subject of complaint by the abused for administrative complaint and sanction. hostile behavior could fall as attempted offense defined by the Revised Penal Code, as amended, or other criminal statute. whatever complaint is put against whoever will be considered and determined in their distinct and separate facts, acts, actors, issues, relief and penalties. in every complaint or case, the PREJUDICED or INJURED as real party-in-interest and OFFENDING PARTY probably culpable and liable will be differentiated.
