the push/pull of the control mechanism/program. this is the worlds most livable city, BUT......we need to have police operations against bikes & cars, we need to ban protests, we need to force people to sell their homes, force them to rent and seek substandard services from the authorised charities, steal from them if they beg for food, and of course arbitrarily imprison people if they dare ask questions about jurisdiction or think that are free.
